DISCUSS: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's "boat confession"

A month after the capture of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the FBI released a new claim, stating that they had found a "confession letter", supposedly written by Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, while according to them laying severly injured in the boat (photos show most of the injuries occured while he was trying to surrender - see last post).

The letter contained according to the FBI things such as:

"Thank you for borrowing the boat… now I have to go and get arrested. Yours Dzhokhar…” And continuing on how "The U.S Government is killing our innocent cibilians" and "We muslims are one body, you hurt one you hurt us all.

The public raised questions to the government and FBI and their honesty towards the American people.
Questions written by tge public (quoted from an expecrt on a supporter page- source listed below).

"So the FBI did not find this until ONE MONTH LATER???!!!
"It also took them WEEKS to remove the boat from the area, while being one of the most significant evidence of a supposed "confession”???!!! Shouldn’t and wouldn’t they normally remove hard evidence as such ASAP due to fear on interaction and disturbance of evidence?"

What do you think about this? Why did it take them this long time to find that letter and remove one of the most important evidences in the case?

Discuss: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev - who caused the wounds?

FBI claimed Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was "Apprehended 'covered in blood and hiding in a covered boat in Watertown by homeowner who ventured out after curfew was lifted”.

Since the wounds came from shots fired by a gun and a knife cut, it was assumed that Dzhokhar was armed. Continuously the FBI claimed that "Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the Boston Marathon bombings suspect captured alive Friday, may have tried to commit suicide before he was apprehended(…)”

A former assistant director at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Miller, describes the wounds as a suicide attempt, "The bullet wound to the neck, which has an exit wound in the back of the 19-year-old’s neck, "is very possibly a suicide attempt,”

The following two images were released after the capture:

Image: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev captured with blood over his face.

Months later new photos were released by Sgt Sean Murphy:

Images: show Dzhokhar Tsarnaev covered in blood while trying to surrender. Picture nr. 7 shows Dzhokhar either falling or being pulled off the boat.

However, no gun was found with Dzhokhar or in the boat, meaning he was unarmed when he got on the boat. This was later confirmed by the FBI. And considering the severe injuries described by the medical record and in the articles above, could he have gotten on the boat on his own?
So where did the wounds come from?

We apologize for the lack of discussion posts lately, but we are back now. And today it is time to discuss Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.

19th April, 2013, the day of the capture of second suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Within 48 hours it was revealed how badly Dzhokhar was injured, also confirmed by Zubeidat Tsarnaeva. His wounds made a total of 16, where it was revealed that he was shot in his mouth, one ear now being deaf and shot multiple times on his legs and arms, barely able to talk, write or walk.

The image above was not revealed until months later. Why? We will discuss this in the future posts.

Immediately after his severe injuries were revealed to the public, the FBI came with a new statement, claiming that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev supposedly "confessed" to the alleged actions and additionally explained how he and his deseased brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev (26) were "planning" to go to New York next.

Was Dzhokhar capable of "confession" while being heavily drugged and under serious condition?

*****The FBI reported that Dzhokhar stopped talking after they Mirandized him, meaning everything they claim he "said" before that is NOT valid.****

Discuss: Tamerlan's death

April 19th, 2013, news reports went non - stop about the ongoing chase after the Tsarnaev brothers. The police states that when they cornered the brothers they exchanged fires. The shootout ended up leaving one of the brothers, Tamerlan Tsarnaev (26), dead.

The police and media provided us 3 different stories:

"Police are said to have shot and apprehended Suspect 1, who was then rushed to Beth Israel Medical Center. He arrived at the hospital under cardiac arrest with multiple gunshot wounds and blast-like injuries to his chest."

"An alleged autopsy photograph of Boston Marathon bombing suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, was leaked on Friday after he was mortally wounded in a firefight with police and then reportedly run over by his younger brother."

In claim nr.1 it was only revealed hat he was shot.
In claim nr.2 it was claimed that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev ran over his older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, which led to his severe injuries.

Witnesse's stories contradict:

Kitzenberg Andrew:
"Andrew Kitzenberg, who lives in Watertown, said he saw the two men shooting at six police cars from 70 or 80 yards away." Kitzenberg said that while he had a clear view of the shooters, he could not see their faces, describing them as "Average size. Average height."
Kitzenberg said that the firefight ended when one of the shooters ran toward the Watertown officers and ultimately fell to the ground. Kitzenberg said he could not tell whether the man was tackled or had been shot."

Witness, Linda, states how she saw a police vehicle run over Tamerlan and that the police shot him MULTIPLE times * and no weapon was to be seen on Tamerlan *

If no gun was found with Tamerlan Tsarnaev, neither with Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. Who do you believe fired those bullets? And who did run over Tamerlan?
The police vehicles should have been able to catch this on the cameras inside their vehicles. Hopefully they will provide us the third side to this story: the truth.

Discuss: 7/11 Robbery

After the identified suspects of the Boston Marathon bombings, Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, it was reported that the brothers were also linked to the 7/11 robbery. The police released a images, showing Dzhokhar Tsarnaev entering the gas station with Tamerlan behind him, allegedly robbing 7/11.

It was later confirmed that the brothers were NOT the robbers and were no longer suspects in the robbers. Another important fact is that they went to Shell gas station, not 7/11.

****The police were able to release images of them of a surveilliance camera, which should have captured the real robbers. So how did they become the suspects? Can you think of any reason why the police decided to release images taken at another gas station, relating it to the robbery?****

When the FBI released footages of the Boston marathon suspects, images of the exploded backpacks were shown.
It was confirmed that the backpacks containing the pressure cooker bombs were black with a square logo on top (can be seen in photos below):

It was confirmed and can be seen that Dzhokhars backpack was white with black lines and Tamerlan’s was grey. NOT black.

Take another look of them all closely:

Now let's move on to the photo of Dzhokhar, supposedly walking away from the scene "without" his backpack:

NO backpack? True, we cannot see anything.

Does the FBI have the right to withold vital information?

April 19th photos of the alleged bombers were released for the public to identify and locate the suspects. FBI said when releasing the photos: "For clarity, these images should be the only ones -- and I emphasize the only ones -- that the public should view to assist us (...)."

They were later identified by the Law Enforcement, who later admitted that they knew Tamerlan prior to this and had been in contact with him for 3 years, at least.

***Why did they request our help, when they already knew them?***
