In the Boston Marathon on 15 April 2013 two bombs exploded near the finish line. The explosions killed three and left more than 140 people injured.
Chechen brothers Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were accused for the Boston bombings. Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, was the older brother of Dzhokhar, and he subsequently died in the Watertown shootout. His younger brother, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, managed to escape. The police found Dzhokhar in a boat in Watertown, Massachusetts. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev was charged at his hospital bed in Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Centre on Monday 22 April 2013. An ACLU board member who filed a court affidavit supporting Robel Phillipos, the friend of accused marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev charged with lying to investigators, is outraged about what she called a "dragnet”the FBI has been conducting of the pair’s classmates at Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School.
"It seems like almost all of the class of 2011 has been contacted in one way or another by the FBI,” said Nancy Ryan, who knows Phillipos’ mother. "We’ve been making sure that anyone that we hear about knows that they have the right to have a lawyer.

It's now becoming clear that members of the Boston bomb squad had advance notice of the horrific bombing that took place at the marathon today. As an eyewitness reports, once the bombs went off, officials began announcing, "this is just a drill!" This logically means they were all informed of the "bomb drill" beforehand. Otherwise, why would they respond with, "this is just a drill" ?
According to Local15TV.com, a University of Mobile's Cross Country Coach said there were bomb-sniffing dogs at both the start and finish lines, long before any explosions went off. He said: "They kept making announcements on the loud speaker that it was just a drill and there was nothing to worry about. WMD - weapon of mass destruction, is a term that generally means nuclear, chemical or biological weapons. For example, when the U.S. Government gave the aboriginal Americans pox infected blankets, that was a biological weapon and WMD. But is a gunpowder bomb in a pressure cooker? |

A Boston police officer is free on bail after he pleaded not guilty this morning to charges he stole military-grade explosives and stored them in his former home in Plymouth.

Note: it was Dzhokhar Tsarnaev in the courtroom. He is six-feet tall. The evidence shows that he was brutally injured. Claims that he had a double or a Russian criminal and that he is dead are unsubstantiated. It is never a good idea to take CNN’s word on anything without further investigation. Additionally, the original video posted on this site peculating that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev wasn’t in the courtroom was wrong. The videographer also makes the error of attributing the autopsy photo of Tamerlan as that of Dzhokhar. A RUSSIAN TV show has shown footage of the surviving Boston bombs suspect in his first court appearance - despite a ban on cameras inside the court.
News outlets received a "no cameras'' memo advising them of a ban on filming the arraignment of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev yesterday. Instead they had to make do with supplied courtroom sketches. \\
