BOSTON (WPRI) -- A probable cause hearing scheduled for Monday for a former UMass Dartmouth student in connection with the Boston Marathon bombing was delayed. Robel Phillipos is accused of removing a laptop and backpack containing fireworks from the dorm of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev three days after the attack took place. Phillipos, along with two other classmates of Tsarnaev, was taken into custody back in May and federally charged with conspiring to obstruct justice. It was determined later that week that he was not a flight risk, and was released on home confinement . If convicted, Phillipos faces up to eight years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
